Pitchline Creators provides software for managing creator-led brand opportunities. It is not a marketplace, talent agent, law firm, bank, payment intermediary, or electronic-signature provider.

You must be legally able to enter the agreement and provide accurate account information. Organization users confirm they have authority to bind their organization.

You retain ownership of content you upload and grant the limited rights needed to host, process, display, and export it at your direction.

You are responsible for lawful contact data, publication permissions, metric accuracy, commercial claims, recipient communications, and backups of critical source material.

Paid plans renew for the selected billing interval until cancelled. Taxes, price, renewal date, and cancellation controls are shown in the PayPal approval flow and workspace billing settings. Plan changes may require PayPal approval and can reduce available quotas.

We aim to provide a reliable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted third-party APIs, email delivery, social permissions, or internet availability. Estimates and negotiation analysis are informational and do not constitute legal, tax, or financial advice.

We may limit or suspend access to protect the service, users, or lawfulness after proportionate notice where practical. You may cancel a subscription and request account deletion through settings, subject to required retention.
