How Pitchline Creators collects, uses, shares, and protects personal data.

Data we process
We process account, workspace, creator-profile, brand-contact, proposal, campaign, billing, support, and security data that you provide or generate while using the service.
Social and campaign metrics retain their source, import method, period, and verification status. We do not scrape social platforms or manufacture missing metrics.
Google Workspace and Gmail data
When you connect Gmail, Pitchline uses Google's read-only authorization scope to search and import collaboration threads that you explicitly select. Imported threads can be linked to a Brand, Contact, Pitch or Deal, and replies are detected only for imported threads. Pitchline does not send, publish, delete or modify Gmail messages and does not mirror your mailbox.
OAuth access and refresh tokens are encrypted at rest and scoped to your user and workspace. Disconnecting Gmail revokes access with Google when possible and clears the recoverable token ciphertext. Imported Gmail data remains available until you remove it or use an applicable workspace or account deletion workflow.
When you ask Pitchline Agent to analyze an imported exchange, only the selected, bounded thread and the minimum context needed for that request are sent to OpenCode Zen to return the user-facing result. Credentials, refresh tokens and unrelated mailbox content are never sent. Pitchline does not use Google Workspace data to train or improve a generalized model, sell it, or use it for advertising. The use of information received from Google Workspace scopes follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
Why we process it
We use data to provide the contracted service, secure accounts, process billing, respond to support, maintain audit records, and improve reliability. Optional analytics, AI, and marketing processing require their applicable configuration or consent.
Providers and international transfers
Supabase, Vercel, PayPal, Resend, and explicitly enabled integration providers process limited data for hosting, authentication, storage, billing, and email. Production deployment must document regions, data-processing agreements, and lawful transfer safeguards.
Retention and your rights
Data is retained only while needed for the service, legal obligations, security, and configured backup windows. Workspace settings provide export, deletion, consent, and connection-revocation workflows.
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, portability, restriction, objection, or deletion and may complain to your supervisory authority.
Contact
Use in-product privacy controls first. If you cannot access the account, contact privacy@pitchlinecreators.com. Identity verification may be required before a request is completed.
