Acceptable use policy

You may not use Pitchline Creators to:

• send spam, harassment, threats, deception, or unlawful discrimination;
• scrape platforms, buy or sell unauthorized contact lists, or evade API restrictions;
• upload malware, exploit vulnerabilities, bypass access controls, or probe other tenants;
• publish content or metrics you lack the right to use or know to be materially false;
• process highly sensitive data unrelated to a creator-deal workflow.

You must review AI-assisted output before use. You may not use automation to impersonate recipients, invent brand facts, send responses without confirmation, or overwhelm a provider or recipient.

We may investigate credible reports, preserve relevant audit evidence, limit abusive traffic, remove unlawful content, or suspend access proportionately. Emergency action may occur without prior notice when necessary to prevent harm.
